About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Architect to join Euphoria's creative core and help define how architectural studios present their work online. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of physical design practice and digital craft — leading the visual and structural direction of our flagship theme ecosystem.
You'll collaborate closely with our design, development, and strategy teams to ensure every layout, every typographic decision, and every interaction reflects the highest standards of architectural communication. Your work will be seen by thousands of studios and millions of potential clients worldwide.
This role is remote-first, but you'll have access to our San Francisco studio for quarterly team gatherings, client presentations, and collaborative sprints. We value deep focus time and have deliberately kept our meeting culture minimal so you can do your best work.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architectural direction for new theme modules and page templates
- Collaborate with UX and development to translate design concepts into pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct competitive analysis and set visual benchmarks for the architecture vertical
- Review and provide detailed feedback on design work from junior team members
- Participate in client discovery calls to understand the needs of top-tier studios
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that scales across products
- Write design documentation that helps developers and content editors use themes effectively
- Present design rationale and decisions clearly to internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual taste and spatial thinking
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move from concept to execution independently
- Experience in design systems, component libraries, and pattern-based thinking
- Strong opinion about typography — especially display and editorial type
- Familiarity with HubSpot CMS or other headless/CMS platforms
- The ability to give and receive direct, constructive design critique
- Genuine curiosity about architectural practice and the built environment
- A collaborative spirit that lifts the entire team's output
Requirements
7+ years of professional architectural practice or digital design experience
Deep expertise in sustainable design principles and materials
Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and commercial projects
Proficiency in architectural software: Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper
Experience collaborating with cross-functional, remote-first teams
Excellent written and visual communication skills
A passion for the intersection of architecture and digital storytelling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
