By accessing this website, purchasing the Euphoria HubSpot CMS theme, or using related services from Magazine Makers (we, us, or our), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our website, theme, or support services.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Magazine Makers. We may update them from time to time. Continued use after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Subject to your purchase and continued compliance with these terms and the HubSpot Marketplace license rules, Magazine Makers grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Euphoria on a single HubSpot account (Hub ID), as allowed by HubSpot.

This license does not transfer ownership of the theme, source files, design assets, or related intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Magazine Makers.

You may customize Euphoria within your licensed HubSpot account, edit templates and modules for your projects, and use demo imagery and sample copy during evaluation and development before replacing them with your own assets in production.

Child themes are recommended for lasting code customizations so you can still receive Euphoria updates from Magazine Makers.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or publicly publish the theme files except as expressly allowed by your license. You may not remove copyright notices, claim authorship of Euphoria as your own product, or use Magazine Makers or Euphoria branding to imply endorsement without written permission.

Using the theme on additional HubSpot accounts generally requires a separate purchase, per HubSpot Marketplace rules.

Updates and support follow our current support policy. We aim to keep Euphoria compatible with supported HubSpot CMS features, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or instant updates for every HubSpot platform change.

Standard support covers theme defects and documented configuration guidance. Custom development, third-party conflicts, and portal-specific integrations may fall outside standard support unless agreed in writing.

The theme, website, and related services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Euphoria will meet all of your requirements, operate without interruption or error, or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magazine Makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the theme or related services.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Euphoria license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Magazine Makers’ place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory consumer protections where you live.
